Haure is the mascot behind the name. Every story in this collection was written
with her nearby — curled up, quietly watching, always present. She didn't
write a single word, but she inspired all of them.
Haurelee is named after her. She's the soul of this place.
✨ What Inspires Me
My stories are born from everyday magic — the questions children ask at bedtime, the way fireflies light up a summer night, the moment a child decides to be brave. I write to celebrate that magic and give it a home between two covers.
🌍 Why Bilingual Books Matter
The years between 2 and 8 are a gift. A child's brain during this window absorbs language the way it absorbs nothing else — effortlessly, joyfully, permanently. Two languages learned in childhood don't compete with each other. They strengthen each other, and they build something that lasts a lifetime: the ability to move between worlds.
Bilingual children think more flexibly, concentrate more deeply, and carry a piece of two cultures wherever they go. But beyond the science, there's something simpler — a bilingual child can talk to their grandparents, read the signs on a trip abroad, feel at home in more than one place. That's worth everything.
