Luma was a tiny, curious firefly. Every evening, she glowed with golden light. Blink, blink! She flew among the tall trees of the forest. Her light skipped from leaf to leaf like a little drop of sunshine. “Good evening, forest!” she called happily.

One night, Luma saw a glow beneath an oak tree. “A fallen star?” she wondered. She brushed aside the leaves and found a tablet. Colorful pictures danced across the screen. There were games, lights, and shapes zooming by—whoosh! Luma watched for a little while. And then… a little while longer.
